I am constantly learning, evolving, and broadening my creativity. Menu creation is one of my favorite aspects of my job!  How it begins: After you contact me, we will set up a consultation to discuss your vision for the night, favorite foods/dishes, and your overall preferences, as well as food preferences of your guests. Then the magic begins while we design the perfect menu and experience.

 

I truly believe meals are most delicious when the ingredients are allowed to shine which is why I use only the highest-quality ingredients. All ingredients are sourced from local farms, markets, and specialty stores. Pastured beef and poultry, as well as locally caught seafood, locally-sourced produce are all highlighted with seasonality always being a focus.
